The following are the official rules for the Flair Airlines Ltd Win A Trip to Vancouver Contest (the “Contest”) from May 1-9, 2021. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to Flair Airlines Ltd

To Enter: No purchase necessary. In order to enter the contest, the Participant must successfully complete and submit the entry form.

Contest Period: The contest will commence on May 1, 2021 and entries will end at 11:59pm MST on May 9, 2021.

Drawing & winner notification: Flair Airlines Ltd. will randomly select 1 winner from all valid entries. The winner of the prize will be contacted directly no later than May 15, 2021. The first name and location of the winner may be shared on Flair social media accounts.

Eligibility: Contest is open to Canadian residents who have reached the age of 18 as of the first day of the month in which they have entered the Contest and who are not, employees or agents of Sponsor or of its affiliates, parent, subsidiaries, or its service agencies or independent contractors or immediate family of or are residing in the same household as these employees.

Prize: The prize must be accepted as awarded. The prize may not be sold, transferred, and not convertible to cash or cheque. Prize winner is solely responsible for all costs not expressly described herein. The winner will receive one round trip flight for two people with Flair Airlines Ltd. from their home city airport (that must be serviced by Flair Airlines Ltd.) to any connected destination Flair serves for the two passengers, including the taxes and fees for flights. The round trip itinerary cannot be split. The airfare cannot be applied to other bookings and is subject to availability. Blackout dates apply. All expenses and travel incidentals are the responsibility of the Participant. Giveaway must be accepted as offered, as there will be no substitutions and no cash equivalent. Prize is non-transferrable, expiration date is non-negotiable and non-extendable. If the winner is unable to fly before the expiration date, the prize will be forfeited.

Travel Period: Travel must be completed by April 30, 2022. Blackout dates include: May 20 - 25, 2021; June 30 - July 5, 2021; July 29 - August 3, 2021; September 2 - 7, 2021, October 7 - 12, 2021; November 10 - 15, 2021, December 16 - 31, 2021, January 1-8, 2022. If the participant is unable to travel during the indicated travel dates, their prize will be forfeited. The winner is responsible for following instructions on awarded voucher to schedule the travel.

Odds: The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entrants. Selection will random.

Additional Terms: By participating, entrants agree to: (a) these Flair Airlines Official Contest Rules and the decisions of Flair shall be final in all respects; and (b) release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Flair Airlines Ltd., Instagram, and other contest partners, and each of its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, administrators, employees, shareholders, agents and insurers, from any liability, claims, or damages, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever which they, their heirs, successors, assigns, executors, or administrators may now or hereafter have directly or indirectly against them or any of them in respect of or relating to the Contest and/or the acceptance or use, misuse, or possession of any prize; and (c) comply with the Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use, and Tariff available on Flair’s website: www.flyflair.com. Should the terms of the Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use or the Tariff conflict with the terms of these Official Contest Rules, the Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use and Tariff shall in all cases prevail. By accepting a prize, winners agree to Flair’s and its designees’ use of their names, voice, declarations relating to the Contest, likeness, photograph, city, province or territory of residence for advertising and publicity purposes without further compensation. All entries become property of the contest sponsor who assumes no responsibility for garbled, lost, late, delayed, destroyed or misdirected entries, mail, voice messages, e-mail or any computer errors or malfunctions.

Limitation of Liability: The Sponsor Flair shall not be responsible for print or typographical errors in any related materials; for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible non purchase entries or, faulty electronic data transmission, equipment failure, or other failure occurring in connection with participation in this Contest; or for transactions that are posted late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction. The Sponsor Flair reserves the right to cancel or modify all or any part of the Contest if for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including fraud, technical failures or corruption, computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or any other cause beyond the control of Sponsor which in its opinion affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest.

Privacy Policy: By entering the Contest, you consent to the sponsor Flair and its promotional agencies storing and using the personal information submitted through automatic entry for the purpose of administering the Contest in accordance with these Official Contest Rules and in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy legislation.
